Shipping Policy

At Monark Mist, our goal is to deliver your order within 5 working days. However, in many cases, delivery might be quicker. It’s worth noting, though, that deliveries to rural areas could take slightly more than 5 days.

Here is a breakdown of our Delivery Process:

• Order Processing: We handle and package your order within 24 hours at our facility in Cape Town. For orders shared over weekends or during holidays, processing takes place on the next working day.
• Courier Handover: Following processing, your order gets handed over to a third-party courier service for delivery.
• Notification and Tracking: When your order is dispatched, we’ll notify you via email. Currently, our courier partner doesn’t offer tracking services. We thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Method of Handling Delays:

• Weekends and Holidays: Our operations, including those carried out by our couriers, don’t function during the weekends or after hours. As such, orders placed during these periods will be processed the next working day.
• Unexpected Delays: If for any reason your order takes longer than anticipated or fails to arrive, kindly reach out to us at info@monarkmist.co.za. We will gladly help resolve any delivery issues in the most efficient way possible.
