Returns Policy

At Monark Mist, we are dedicated to providing excellent service and products. Our staff and suppliers understand our returns policy, which aligns with the Consumer Protection Act’s provisions.

Customers must present their original tax invoice or proof of purchase for refunds or exchanges due to defects, unfitness for purpose, or design/manufacturing flaws.

We may need to technically assess returned goods before deciding on a repair, replacement, or refund, and will provide feedback within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., malfunctioning pump, incorrect scent, leaking), it will be replaced with an equivalent amount to the remaining quantity in the bottle.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if a customer is unsatisfied with their product. Conditions for this guarantee include:

  • Proof of purchase must be presented.
  • The product must not be noticeably used.
  • Goods must be in their original condition for a full refund.
 

We also offer a 60-day exchange period under similar conditions.

Exceptions to Return Policies:

Our return policies do not apply in cases of negligence, misuse, alteration, or inappropriate use of the products. No returns or exchanges are offered on sale items, and lotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Online Orders Refund Procedure

If you receive the wrong order, damaged products, or change your mind, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Email info@monarkmist.co.za with your order number, contact information, and reason for return.
  • Depending on the situation, we may arrange a courier pickup or request you return the item to our head office.
  • Refunds will be issued via EFT and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.Delivery


We aim to deliver within 5 working days, though rural areas may take longer.

  • Orders are processed and packaged within 24 hours on business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your order is dispatched. 

Delivery Cost Policy:

  • Customer bears the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns/exchanges.
  • Monark Mist covers shipping costs for incorrect, damaged, or defective product returns.

Currently, we only ship within South Africa. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@monarkmist.co.za.

All prices include VAT as per South African Tax Law.
